Yellow Brick House is proud to announce that our CEO, Lorris Herenda, was awarded the prestigious Dave Barrow Award on March 2, 2026. Presented by the Richmond Hill Board of Trade, the award recognizes outstanding leadership, dedication to the local business community, and meaningful contributions to the social and economic well-being of Richmond Hill.

Lorris Herenda was nominated for this award by Mayor David West, in recognition of her decades of transformative leadership at Yellow Brick House, where she has championed programs and services supporting women and children seeking safety from domestic violence and abuse.
