Please be prepared to provide the following documents:

Prospective Students on Placement Must:

  • Cover Letter
  • Resume
  • Placement Information and Documentation
  • Academic Contact information including: name, number, and email address
  • Download and complete the Student on Placement Application Form
  • Provide us with a current Vulnerable Sector Screening no more than 1 year old
  • Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
  • Provide ALL information and documentation listed above
  • Email the completed Student on Placement Application form to volunteering@yellowbrickhouse.org. Please use the following Subject Line: Student on Placement – First Name, Last Name
