As part of their back-to-school support, RBC Dominion Securities Inc. generously donated to help families purchase the items they need for the school year. Their team also joined us for a hands-on volunteer project, helping organize donations and prepare backpacks for children and youth supported by Yellow Brick House.

Helping children start the school year prepared

RBC volunteers packed backpacks with school supplies, snacks, and other back-to-school essentials, helping ensure children have what they need as they return to the classroom.

For families rebuilding their lives after domestic violence, back-to-school expenses can create additional financial pressure. The combination of their donation and thoughtfully prepared backpacks helps families manage some of these costs while giving children the opportunity to begin the school year feeling prepared and confident.
