Footy4Charity Brings The Community Together to Support Yellow Brick House
Yellow Brick House is grateful to be the beneficiary of Footy4Charity 2026, a community soccer fundraiser hosted by iCherish Foundation, in partnership with the City of Markham and the AREAA Greater Toronto Chapter.
Bringing together soccer players, families, community members, and supporters, Footy4Charity created an opportunity for people to connect through sport while making a meaningful difference for women and children impacted by domestic violence.
Held at Mount Joy Community Centre, the event celebrated teamwork, community spirit, and the power of coming together for a cause. Through registration, fundraising efforts, and community support, Footy4Charity helped raise funds that will support Yellow Brick House’s programs and services for survivors and their families.

A community event making a meaningful impact
Throughout the tournament, participants came together through sport and community to support women and children impacted by domestic violence. Funds raised through Footy4Charity will help Yellow Brick House continue providing essential services and programs for survivors and their families.
We are thankful to iCherish Foundation, the City of Markham, the AREAA Greater Toronto Chapter, Mayor Frank Scarpitti, event organizers, volunteers, players, sponsors, and everyone who helped make Footy4Charity 2026 a success. Their collective support demonstrates the meaningful impact that can be created when a community comes together.
