Presented by the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Richmond Hill Board of Trade<\/span><\/span>, the award recognizes outstanding leadership, dedication to the local business community, and meaningful contributions to the social and economic well-being of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Richmond Hill<\/span><\/span>.<\/p><p data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"804\">Lorris Herenda was nominated for this award by Mayor <strong data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"593\">David West<\/strong>, in recognition of her decades of transformative leadership at Yellow Brick House, where she has championed programs and services supporting women and children seeking safety from domestic violence and abuse.<\/p><p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"1221\">\u201cIt is my pleasure to acknowledge the tireless and transformative work of Lorris Herenda in the field of domestic violence and abuse,\u201d said Mayor David West. \u201cLorris is a long time, passionate leader who has made a huge difference in our community and across our country.
