Why is that bad? We are here to help you stay off the streets because there is nothing easy or fun about living on it. Life for youth on the street looks like:  • Sell sex or trade it for food, a place to stay, or drugs  • High risk of sexual and physical violence, especially for girls  • Dangerous housing conditions  • High levels of arrest because of the need to commit crimes to survive  • Serious health conditions: HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B or C, dental problems, feet    problems  • Feelings of not have control over their own bodies or future, especially for girls
