Reta’s Place

Reta’s Place is a second stage transitional housing apartment building that offers affordable, short-term housing to ex-residents of the Emergency Shelter.  The building has eight units, with seven two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit.  The maximum length of stay at the apartment is six months.

The goal of the facility is to provide residents leaving the Emergency Shelter with an apartment unit that rents below market rates and to promote independent living.  Counselling is provided on-site for the residents by a Transitional Support Counsellor.
