The Public Education Coordinator provides information to a wide variety of sources in York Region. Elementary and High Schools from both the Separate and Public Boards are able to have a speaker go
into the classroom to discuss the shelter and aspects of abusive and healthy relationships. The
discussions are tempered to the age group.

   Public Education is also provided to any groups who wish to gain more information about the services
of Yellow Brick House. These would include service groups, churches, fund raising events, other religious denominations etc.

   The Public Education Coordinator is open to do discussions and presentations with any group
that expresses an interest in the area of Woman Abuse.
