About Youth Reach Youth Reach was designed to research the needs of youth in York Region who are at-risk of becoming homeless. It seeks to provide access to community resources for these youth and does so through the publication of a Youth Booklet, an Educator Booklet, a Final Report and this website. Youth Reach is a Yellow Brick House Project Hostel initiative funded by the Regional Municipality of York and the Government of Canada
